Preston Bukaty is a GRC specialist and privacy lawyer specializing in information security and data privacy compliance projects, from data mapping initiatives to gap analysis and remediation planning against frameworks like ISO and NIST. His consulting background and experience operationalizing compliance as a global software company’s privacy program manager and GDPR project lead give him a strong understanding of the legal issues presented by regulatory frameworks. Preston is located in Denver, CO. 

Course: "CYBER SECURITY - DATA STORAGE AND INFORMATION PRIVACY: Managing Legal Risk in the Age of AI" focuses on the legal challenges and risks associated with storing and securing data in the era of artificial intelligence. The presentation explores strategies to mitigate these risks while ensuring compliance with evolving privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.

1.25 ABA (CERP, CTFA, CRSP, CRCM), 1.25 CPA, and 1 TXMCLE credits have been approved.
